Delivery Information
All “Ready to Ship “ Products will be shipped within 24 hours. ( Except on Sundays & other Public holidays) .The Estimated Delivery Time is between 3 to 7 working days, however due to any bad weather conditions or in unusual circumstances it might delay. We keep our complete responsibility to inform our customers of the expected delay. Our Logistic Team is an effective source to provide hassle free and prompt services at all cost. Domestic Shipping
We generally send all our domestic shipments by Well-known courier companies like FedEx , DTDC, Professional Couriers, Maruti Couriers , Tirupati couriers etc.We provide the tracking details as soon as we dispatch the products to the respective companies. However to help you for any delay or uninformed delivery, Feel free to contact us on support@thermos.store. In case of unavailability of anyone to receive the package, generally all our courier companies will attempt delivery of your package for three consecutive business days. After this time period, the package will be returned to us. Any shipping fees incurred due to this situation, will be charged to you for our inconvenience.

International Shipping
The estimated time for International shipping might vary from 7 to 14 Days. You can find exact shipping charges by selecting your country on the order checkout page. International orders are shipped by known logistic companies like DTDC, DHL, FEDEX, BLUE DART, UPS etc. The shipping charges will be borne by the customers for all our international orders. We provide the tracking details as soon as we dispatch the products to the respective companies. If you are not available to receive your package, Logistics will attempt delivery of your package for three consecutive business days. After this time period, the package will be returned to us. Any shipping fees incurred due to this situation, will be charged to customers. While shipping your consignment we make sure to send it in such a way that none of our customers have to pay customs duties or taxes. However through any circumstances or strict government rules of the respective countries if applicable All custom duties, Excise and taxes are to be borne by the customers. Thermos.store only charges you for a product cost and shipping cost, No such extra expenses shall be borne by us.
